Operator and scope

This site is operated by Lontra Industries, trading as Lontra Studios. Mailing address: PO Box 1939, Inuvik, NT, X0E 0T0. Contact: paul@lontraindustries.ca. These terms concern this website and the email signup service. They do not replace any terms applicable to a released game or app store.

Development information

Ring Legacy is planned for release in November 2026. Screenshots show a development build; features and release timing may change. The signup service does not reserve a copy, create a purchase, or guarantee a release date.

Email permissions

Signup requires separate consent to the Ring Legacy launch announcement. Future-game news is optional and requires its own checkbox. You may withdraw either permission through the email provider's preference controls, or withdraw all permissions through this site's unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

Use of the site

Do not submit another person's email without their permission, misuse the signup service, or attempt unauthorized access to the subscriber list. Site content and game artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, storage, consent, and withdrawal. Cookie choices are separate from email signup permissions.

Governing law and courts

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Northwest Territories and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you, disputes concerning these terms may be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Northwest Territories. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Jurisdiction: Northwest Territories, Canada. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Any future purchases or game licences will be subject to the terms disclosed for those services.
