App design and development.

Apps for iPhone, Android and the web, designed and built by the studio behind Lontra Studios. We make and ship our own apps, so we know the whole road from the first sketch to the store.

For a business or an idea that needs an app, not just a website.

A booking app for your customers, a tool your crew uses in the field, or an app you want to sell yourself. We design it, build it and help you put it in the App Store and Google Play under your own developer account.

If a website would do the job better and cost less, we will say so.

How it works

  1. You tell us the idea

Who will use the app, what it should do for them, and on which phones.

  2. We send a written quote

What we would build first, what it costs and how long it takes. Nothing starts before you agree.

  3. You tap through a prototype

You see and try the screens before the app is built, and change what you want.

  4. We build, test and release

A working app on real phones, then the store release on your account.

Straight answers

Have you built apps for clients?

Not yet. We are a young studio. What we can show you are our own apps on this page, and a prototype of yours before it is built.

iPhone, Android or both?

Our own apps so far run on iPhone and in the browser. Tell us who will use yours, and the quote says how we would build it for the phones they have.

Who owns the app?

The store listing and developer account are in your name. The quote says who owns the code.

Would a website do?

Often, yes. A website works on every phone with nothing to install. If that fits better, we will say so and quote a website instead.

Tell us about the app you have in mind.
